Bimu
Of all customers, Timpani knows they won’t be able to get any “special deals” out of Bimu. They aren’t afraid, really, and are charmed by her strength and commitment. Just… Bimu’s the one character to NOT up the ante on, when making a deal. She also seems to eye Timpani a lot… or at least their outfit, what’s wrong with it?
Moe
Always a welcome sight in their shop. Seems to be the most attuned with the supernatural (besides them, they claim), and Timpani LOVES seeing what else they can learn from Moe’s experiences. He also provides the most interesting requests for them to deal with, and it’s always a joy to fulfill them! Of course, it doesn’t hurt that he’s the easiest to upcharge without him knowing, either…
Shiki
The rarest direct visitor to the shop, usually making requests by phone or through digital means. If Shiki shows up in person, something’s REALLY wrong (and/or things are about to get really fun!) Timpani’s interested to know more about how this one ticks. (They certainly seem more interesting the more Timpani learns about them!) But there’s nothing to be done if they don’t show themselves as much (that’s a lie btw, Timpani can find a way)

- Generally amicable with everyone who does business with them, regardless of their allegiance and as long as they can do business fairly (on Timpani’s terms)
- Squirrels commonly show up around the shop; their exact correlation is unknown, but Timpani treats them like pets/friends.
