Concept sketch of the shop, with some additional various details above. (Drawn with tablet)
Hidden under the boardwalk (I’m assuming there is a boardwalk) is a shop full of the strangest items, and the even stranger shopkeeper who runs it…
Not many people know about Timpani’s shop, and Timpani would rather keep it that way. There’s a LOT of stuff that… probably shouldn’t be known about by the general public. On the other hand, the dark forces that work underground are PERFECT clientele! Timpani is more than happy to help out the various mafia clans in their endeavors for… whatever they’re doing. As long as Timpani gets paid, they don’t particularly mind what they’re up to.
Accessing the shop can take some doing, but those who are supposed to be in the know are aware of the secret entrance at the boardwalk. (Timpani can also just bring people there, somehow…) Inside is a large and eclectic set of curios from across the world (worlds?), across years of journeying, fighting, crafting… stealing… And ready for all kinds of characters to use for their own ends!

Even better, Timpani can shift the shop into a training ground at any time, to let customers test out their new toys! No one really knows how they do this, but like everything else they just don’t question it. I’ll draw this out in time, basically they shut the lights off, and the shop is transformed when the lights return. They like to appear from a little screen during this; they claim it’s for safety, but really they just think it’s funny.

Timpani is often down here relaxing as well, when not out in the world. It’s become a nice haven for them to relax, listen to music, and get away from the bustle and conflict of the world. Plus they have squirrels to keep them company! (They do not know how they got there, they are just there.)
